Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 July 2026
Welcome to Demonstratio ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website (demonstrat.io) or interact with us.
1. Information We Collect
Currently, as our product is under development and not yet available to the public, we collect limited information primarily to manage interest, communicate updates, and understand website traffic. The information we may collect includes:
- Contact Information: Such as your email address, if you voluntarily provide it to join our waitlist or contact us.
- Automatically Collected Information: We may automatically collect device and usage information when you visit our website (such as IP address, browser type, and interaction data) through the use of cookies and similar tracking technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and communicate updates about our progress.
- Analyze website usage to improve our marketing site and user experience.
- Ensure the security and integrity of our website.
3. Cookies and Tracking
We ask for your explicit consent before setting any non-essential cookies. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page.
- Strictly necessary storage: We store your cookie choice in your browser (a local-storage entry named
cookie-consent) so we can remember your preference. This is essential and set without consent. - Analytics — Google Analytics 4: With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), to measure aggregate website traffic and improve our content. It sets cookies (including
_gaand_ga_<id>) and processes data such as your IP address (which we configure to be anonymised), device and browser type, pages viewed, and interaction events. This data may be transferred to and processed by Google LLC in the United States under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not use it for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can opt out by declining cookies here, or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers (“processors”) who help us operate the website under agreements that require them to protect it:
- Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — website analytics (Google Analytics 4), and processing of waitlist submissions (our waitlist form stores your email address in Google Workspace / Google Sheets).
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, and security. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address as necessary to serve and protect the site.
Some of these providers are located in the United States; such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the GDPR or CCPA) to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact us.
6. Contact Us
If you have questions or comments about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at: [email protected].
