- Per-seat pricing is why one person on a team ends up making every demo, and it is usually not the person who knows the workflow. We're planning flat plans based on account usage, not the number of people who use them.

Privacy controls affect what you can publish
If a recording includes customer data, redaction is required before publishing. Scribe, Arcade, and Guidde put those controls behind paid plans, so their free tiers may not cover customer-facing work.

Why is there no price on this page?
We haven't launched yet, so exact prices are not available. We are planning a usable free tier, flat plans rather than per-seat pricing, and prices published on the page. The figures will be available when the product launches.
Will there be a free plan?
Yes. We are planning a free tier that lets a solo founder or a small support team do real work, including hiding sensitive data before publishing.
Will you charge per seat?
We are planning flat plans with usage-based limits. On the entry plans in the table above, a third person who makes demos adds roughly $13 to $42.50 a month; that is the cost we are trying to design out. Everyone who knows the workflow should be able to record and update it without a separate paid seat.
How current are these competitor prices?
Every figure links to the vendor's own pricing page and carries the date we checked it (August 2026). Prices change, so use those links to verify the current amount before you buy.
Can I pay you now to lock in a price?
No. There's no billing, no checkout, and nothing to buy yet. The waitlist is the only thing to sign up for, and joining it doesn't commit you to anything.
