Arcade vs Demonstratio

Arcade is a polished platform with desktop and Figma capture, AI features, and a broad set of publishing tools. Its free plan and paid tiers make sense for teams that need that scope; Demonstratio is aimed at teams that want a smaller workflow.

Demonstratio is in development

Who should pick which.

Pick Arcade if…

  • You need it today, and you want the most polished product in the category.
  • You want AI voiceover and AI-assisted editing, and a credit balance is a fine way to buy it.
  • You need branching, CTAs, forms, and translations in one tool.
  • You capture outside the browser — desktop app or Figma.
  • GIF export matters to you.

Wait for Demonstratio if…

  • One published demo on the free plan is not enough to evaluate anything.
  • You do not want to think about AI credits at all.
  • You need privacy controls included in the workflow for publishing demos.
  • Additional seats at $150 a month is the line where this stops being worth it.
  • You want an MP4 out without upgrading for it.

Key differences

Arcade's rows come from its own pricing page. Demonstratio's entries describe the current product scope.

The one-demo free plan

Arcade's free plan gives you one published demo, one published video, and a watermark. You can edit up to three, but only one goes live. That gives you a way to evaluate the editor without a time limit, but publishing capacity is limited to one demo.

Credits are a pricing dimension

AI credits scale with the plan: 200 a month free, 800 on Growth, 100,000 a year on Enterprise. If you use those features, the credit model gives you a predictable allowance. If you do not, you are still choosing a plan that includes them. Demonstratio does not include AI features in its initial product, so there are no AI credits to manage.

What Demonstratio does not offer today.

We build Demonstratio, so this comparison is not independent. Here are the capabilities you will not find in it today—and where Arcade may be the better fit.

  • 01

No AI-generated scripts, voiceovers, translations, or cloned voices.

  • 02

No branching or multi-path demos. Each demo follows one path from start to finish.

  • 03

No personalization variables for addressing viewers by company or account name.

  • 04

No PDF, GIF, or image export. MP4 is the only export format.

  • 05

No native CRM connectors. Integrations are limited to outbound webhooks for now.

  • 06

    No custom domains at launch.

  • 07

No live sandbox of your product. A demo replays the screens you captured, along one path.

  • 08

Capture is Chrome-extension only — no desktop, mobile, or Figma capture.

  • 09

The product is still in development, so there is no signup or trial yet.

Some of these are intentional product decisions; others are simply not built yet. If you need one of these capabilities today, Arcade is the better choice.
